DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders are sent via Royal Mail using standard or signed for services. If you would like your order sent using a signed for service then please select this option during checkout if available. We don’t add any commission to our delivery charges, only the cost to us based on weight plus the cost of packaging. Local collection is by arrangement only. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside the UK, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a quotation for you.
If you’re not be entirely satisfied with your purchase then we’re here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please notify us by emailing email@example.com, stating your name, order number and your reason for return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. When you receive the credit will be dependant on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If your item was received damaged during delivery please notify us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your name, order number and detailing the damage, we then do our very best to resolve the issue.
